That means if they are ready to help You with Your claim for free, they probably now about chanse of win already.
When Your solisitor works based on the rule no win no fee, he will get salary and all costs from losing party (Mostly this are insurance comapny), responsible for paying You compensation. In accordance with anglish law, losing party is responsible to pay all court costs of winning party.
I do not have to pay for the service...
