Produkt wada Consumer Protection Act 1987 says that for faultly products responsible porducer or importer. If You cannot find them, seller is responsible for Your buying item. The Act says that you may be able to claim compensation if faulty goods cause injury or damage to property (as long as the damage amounts to at least L275).
